'The More You Know' Emote

This is what he asked me to do: "We need a "The More You know" emote. Have you ever seen those NBC public service announcements? They used to have the star fly in above the celebrities head after they spoke. Family Guy made fun of it one time. We need one of those stars followed by the rainbow flying in above a smiley's head. It would be great for those times when you fill someone in on some little-known info."
